I consider Roeland my personal professional inspiration, and this is probably the biggest thing I can say about someone I have worked with. I had the pleasure to attend diverse Roeland´s trainings between 2010 and 2012 and despite the time past his blue print remains. Good communicator, trainer and great inspiration. Just hope to find the chance to work back again with him.
Roeland has an outstanding talent to motivate trainees and make them believe in the possibility of making positive changes themselves. Very inspiring.
